WAIL is a group of automotive enthusiasts who live in
Washington, D.C. and the surrounding area and share a love of the 1994-1996 Chevrolet Impala SS
and LT1 Caprice. We are an informal organization that serves as the local chapter of ISSCA, the
Impala SS Club of America. Although WAIL has
a formal charter, we do not require membership dues. All events and
activities are voluntarily organized and coordinated by our members who do so in their own free
time.
